How are online payments collected?
Integration with local and global payment gateways. Every payment is automatically reconciled against the stand contract and the configured payment terms.
Can we handle deadlines and late-sale surcharges?
Yes. Define sales windows per stand category, automatic surcharge rules after each deadline, and notifications to exhibitors before closing.
How are exhibitors invited to the portal?
Automatic assignment via CRM or bulk email invitation. Each exhibitor gets a link to set their password — no manual paperwork.
