Questions we get from bureaus.
Can the Convention Bureau Dossier be customised?
Yes. Logo, palette, sections included, output language and applied filters — all configurable. The dossier is a print-ready HTML report you can also export to PDF.
How is tax impact calculated?
For every event we apply the configured rates (Hotel VAT, F&B VAT, Transport VAT, tourism tax per night and, if applicable, an extra tax). Rates are configurable per venue with a global default. Past events keep the rate they were captured with.
Does it work with multiple currencies and destinations?
Yes. Each destination can have its own defaults; each event can run in any currency; reports consolidate to the bureau's reporting currency with a configurable exchange rate.
Does it integrate with tax authorities or tourism boards?
Full REST API for pushing impact detail to external systems. Specific integrations with local authorities are evaluated case by case.
What if we also run the venue?
Same platform. eBureau is a solution inside the same ERP, alongside the venue solution. If you run a venue and a bureau, the data travels in one platform — confirmed events feed the dossier automatically.
