How long does a real implementation take?

Between 2 and 8 weeks for a complete operation, even across multiple venues and verticals. Includes configuration, historical-data migration and team training. Go-live is supported by one of our engineers.

Does it work for a single venue or multi-venue?

Both. From a single building to a network of 16+ venues in different cities, with consolidated reports, per-site permissions and templates per space type.

Does it integrate with our ERP, accounting or corporate CRM?

Yes — SAP (Invoicing, Sales, Purchasing), Salesforce and other internal systems are in production at current customers. Full REST API for specific integrations. No double data entry.

Multi-language at the proposal and contract level?

Multilingual without a ceiling. The platform already runs in several languages and we add any additional language your customer needs — at both the interface and content level (proposals, contracts, emails, exhibitor portal). One user can generate documents in different languages depending on the recipient, with no double entry.

How is it hosted and secured?

Single-tenant deployment per customer on cloud infrastructure. Full traceability: every state change, every payment movement, every access, logged with user, timestamp and IP. Granular RBAC per role and per venue.
